1. The First Hello

It all starts with a relaxed, no-obligation chat. We’ll grab a coffee (or hop on a video call) to discuss your vision, answer your questions, and see if we are the perfect fit for your big day.

4. Your Wedding Day

On the big day, we arrive early to coordinate with your venue, photographer, and musicians. All you need to do is show up, breathe, and enjoy the moment you marry your best friend.

2. Crafting Your Ceremony

Once you say "yes" to Dream Believer, the fun begins! We will gather details about your love story, your quirks, and your dreams. Using this, we’ll design a bespoke ceremony script, completely tailored to you. You get full creative control and approval over every word.

3. The Rehearsal (Optional but Recommended)

To ensure you are completely relaxed and confident, we offer a rehearsal prior to the wedding. We will walk through the choreography of the ceremony so you know exactly where to stand, what to say, and what to expect.

It is best to secure your date 6 to 12 months in advance, especially if you are planning a weekend wedding during the busy spring or autumn seasons. However, if you are planning a last-minute elopement, please reach out! Just keep in mind that legally, we must lodge your Notice of Intended Marriage (NOIM) at least one calendar month before your wedding date.

Absolutely. We take the stress entirely off your shoulders by managing all the legal requirements. From helping you complete and lodge your NOIM to officially registering your marriage with Births, Deaths and Marriages after you say "I do," we ensure everything is legally seamless.

Yes, we highly encourage it! Personal vows are the heart of a bespoke ceremony. If you are struggling to find the right words or feeling a bit nervous, we provide vow-writing kits, examples, and one-on-one guidance to help you articulate your feelings perfectly.

Yes, we bring a high-quality, professional PA system equipped with a wireless microphone. This ensures your guests—even those at the back—can hear every word of your ceremony clearly. We can also use this system to play your selected ceremony music via Bluetooth.

We love a road trip and are more than happy to travel to your dream location! Travel within our local radius is included in our standard service. If your venue is a bit further out or requires an overnight stay, we will simply discuss a custom travel fee with you upfront so there are no surprises.

While it isn't legally required, we highly recommend having a rehearsal, especially for larger weddings. Taking 30 minutes to walk through the choreography—where to stand, how to hand off the rings, and pacing the aisle walk—helps ease nerves so you can be fully present and relaxed on your actual wedding day.
